I live and work in northern Arizona and based in Winslow, Arizona. I’ve been in the caring professions for more than 35 years. My background and experiences in teaching, psychotherapy, and coaching foster a collaborative and safe environment to cultivate personnel development to empower and support an individual’s unique journey for change and growth.

My Arizona License Professional Counselor (LPC) was earned while working at Native Americans for Community Action, Inc. (NACA) Flagstaff, Arizona. That experience offered me the opportunity to develop skills providing psychotherapy and consultation in a rural, sparsely populated region to an underserved demographic with high rates of suicide and other issues of disparity. At NACA, I worked with couples, families, and individuals serving all ages across the lifespan, demographics and diverse ethnic groups.

I am a trainer with Livingworks.net suicide prevention curricula: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and safeTALK.
